Members Only Fishing Contest
As you may already know, we abbreviate the Members Only Fishing Contest as MOFC. Members who wish to register their fish in the Lunge Log can either do so through the International website or by mailing a registration document for every entry to the Contest Release Chair. For entries done yourself online, you have a 30 day grace period from the date you caught the fish to the last date that entry can be entered. If you send your registrations to the Contest Chairperson, you have 30 days from the catch date to get it to the Chairperson with a total grace period of 60 days to log the entry. However, for fish caught in late December, the entries must be submitted by January 11th for inclusion in the International awards placement.
We recognize that all members don't enter their releases for one reason or the other, but please send pictures for inclusion in our newsletters, website, and other publications. We strive to represent our members in all our chapter functions. Your pictures can be e-mailed to or mailed to the Contest Chair with your entries. E-mails of original electronic images are best, especially for the MOFC booklet produced yearly.
